Agreement to Terms
By accessing panelsellers.com and purchasing any reseller panel credit package from IPTV Panel Seller, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or purchase any of our products. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and resellers who interact with panelsellers.com or any associated communication channel including WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.

Who We Are and What We Sell
IPTV Panel Seller provides IPTV reseller panel credits and dashboard management access to businesses and entrepreneurs worldwide. We are a panel credit provider only. We do not host, stream, broadcast, or distribute any television channels, video content, films, sports coverage, or any other media content of any kind.
When you purchase from us you are purchasing access to a reseller management dashboard and a quantity of credits that allow you to create and manage subscription lines for your own end customers. What those end customers stream or access through their subscriptions is entirely outside our control and entirely their own responsibility.

Eligibility
To purchase from IPTV Panel Seller you must be at least 18 years of age. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Our services are intended for business use. By purchasing reseller panel credits you confirm that you are operating as a business or are intending to operate as a business, and that you take full responsibility for how your reseller account and the lines you create are used.
Orders and Payment

When you submit an order, our team will review it and send you payment instructions via email within two hours during standard operating hours. Payment is accepted via local bank transfer through WorldFirst multi-currency accounts held under Autven (Private) Limited. We currently accept payments in GBP, EUR, USD, AED, CAD, NZD, CHF, and CZK.
Your order is confirmed only when payment has been received and verified by our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of our services.
All prices shown on panelsellers.com are in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.
Activation and Delivery
Once your payment has been confirmed by our team, your reseller panel credentials will be activated and delivered to your registered email address within 30 minutes. During peak periods or outside standard business hours, activation may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there is any unexpected delay.
Delivery of credentials is carried out exclusively via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide at the time of ordering is correct and accessible. We accept no liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address provided by the customer.
Reseller Responsibilities
As a reseller operating under these terms, you accept the following responsibilities in full:
You are solely responsible for how you use your reseller panel and the lines you create for your end customers. You must not use our panel credits or reseller dashboard to create, distribute, or facilitate access to content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any broadcaster, content owner, or rights holder. You must not resell or distribute access in any jurisdiction where doing so would constitute a violation of applicable law. You must ensure that your end customers are aware of and comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction regarding the content they access. You must not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose. You must keep your panel login credentials secure and must not share them with unauthorised parties.
We provide the infrastructure. You are the operator. The legal and ethical responsibility for how that infrastructure is used rests entirely with you.
Acceptable Use
You may not use panelsellers.com or any service provided by IPTV Panel Seller to engage in or facilitate any of the following:
Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. Infringement of intellectual property rights including copyright, trademark, or broadcast rights. Distribution of content without the appropriate licences or permissions. Harassment, abuse, or harm directed at any individual or group. Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation of identity. Unauthorised access to systems, networks, or accounts belonging to third parties. Any activity that may damage the reputation or operations of Autven (Private) Limited or IPTV Panel Seller.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your reseller account immediately and without notice if we determine that you are in breach of these acceptable use conditions.
Credits and Validity
Reseller panel credits purchased from IPTV Panel Seller do not expire. You may use your credits at your own pace without any time restriction. However, the following conditions apply:
Credits are non-transferable and may only be used within the reseller dashboard assigned to your account. Credits may not be exchanged for cash or applied against future purchases unless agreed in writing by our team. Top-up credit packages are available at any time and can be ordered via our Pricing page or by contacting us directly through our Contact page.
Refund and Money Back Policy
We stand behind the quality of our reseller panel service and offer a money back guarantee on all packages under the following conditions:
You are eligible for a full refund if our technical team is unable to resolve a verified technical fault with your reseller panel within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your order activation date. Refunds will not be issued where the issue is caused by the customer’s own actions, including incorrect configuration, misuse, or violation of these terms. Refunds will not be issued for credits that have already been used to create active subscription lines. Refunds will not be issued where the customer has violated our acceptable use policy.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@martcarto.shop with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
Service Availability and Uptime
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that our panel infrastructure is available and operational at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned maintenance in advance via WhatsApp or email. We accept no liability for losses arising from temporary service interruptions that are outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content on panelsellers.com including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and written material is the intellectual property of Autven (Private) Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Autven (Private) Limited and IPTV Panel Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or your inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order to which the claim relates.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autven (Private) Limited, its directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses including legal fees arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Privacy

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may also have rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under mandatory local law.
