Money Back Guarantee

All reseller panel credit packages purchased through panelsellers.com are covered by our money back guarantee. We offer a full refund under the following conditions:

Our technical team is unable to activate your reseller panel within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation. Your reseller panel dashboard is consistently inaccessible or non-functional and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your verified report. You receive credentials that do not work and our team is unable to provide working replacements within a reasonable timeframe.

In each of these cases we will investigate your claim promptly and issue a full refund if the fault is verified and we are unable to resolve it.


Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our money back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your order activation date. You must contact our support team with your full name, order reference, email address used at the time of ordering, and a clear description of the issue you are experiencing. The issue must be verified by our technical team as a genuine fault with the panel infrastructure rather than a configuration error or misuse on your part. Credits that have already been used to create active subscription lines are not eligible for refund. Orders where the customer has violated our Terms of Service are not eligible for refund.


When Refunds Are Not Issued

We want to be transparent about the circumstances in which refunds will not be granted. Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

You have changed your mind after purchase and have not experienced any technical fault with your panel. You have used a portion of your credits to create active lines and then request a refund on the remaining unused credits. The issue you are experiencing is caused by your own configuration error, incorrect device setup, or network problems on your end. You have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy in any way. Your refund request is submitted more than 14 days after your activation date. You have experienced a temporary service interruption that was resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The panel you received is functional but you are dissatisfied with the content accessible through it. As stated clearly on our About Us page and throughout panelsellers.com, we are a panel credit provider only and have no control over third-party content.


Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances where a full refund is not applicable but a genuine issue exists, we may at our discretion offer a partial refund or a credit top-up as compensation. This will be assessed on a case by case basis by our support team. We will always communicate our decision clearly and explain our reasoning.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned via the same payment method and currency used for the original transaction. We process refunds through our WorldFirst multi-currency accounts held under Autven (Private) Limited. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not issue refunds via alternative payment methods, cryptocurrencies, or to a different account than the one used for the original payment.


Disputes

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your refund request you may escalate your concern by emailing teams@autven.com with the subject line “Refund Dispute” along with your original request details. A senior member of our team will review your case independently and provide a final response within 10 business days.

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union you may also have additional rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or override those rights where they are mandatory by law.
